1. Executive Board Is the highest executive and governing body of the Association
  2. It is composed of five positions:
    1. The President
    2. The Secretary
    3. The Treasurer
    4. Advocacy & Training Officer and
    5. Research & Publication Officer
  3. Discusses and adopts decisions on any issue in respect of the Association’s activities, except for the issues that are within the competence of the General Assembly and the President of the Association,
  4. Prepares agendas for the General Assembly meetings of the Association,
  5. Prepares multi-year strategic plan of the Association’s activities, evaluates and monitors the process of implementation of the decisions made by the General Assembly,
  6. May establish Thematic Working Groups and other ad hoc bodies as necessary.
  7. Enacts specific bylaws consistent with this constitution
